This session focuses on creating SMART Recovery meetings that are welcoming and inclusive for everyone—no matter the person, their background, or their goals. We’ll explore how SMART’s values of equity, inclusion, and respect show up in real meetings, and discuss practical ways facilitators can support participation, belonging, and safety for all attendees. This session is open to facilitators and trainees at all experience levels.
